A different kind of mentor for leaders under pressure

I work with senior leaders, founders and emerging leaders in high‑stakes contexts where decisions shape people, capital and reputation.

Leadership was never a pursuit for me; it became a responsibility when silence was no longer an option. From early on I learned to read tension without disappearing inside it – and to name distortion before it spreads.

For 15 years I worked in complex, often public organisations, standing next to power under pressure: executive boards, senior management, city councils. Again and again I saw the same pattern: strategy was rarely the real issue. The real issue was embodying it when the pressure rose.

Today I work as a Source‑led mentor with leaders who carry real stakes and want their inner authority to be at least as strong as their outer role.
