This Privacy Policy explains how I, Yasemin Bagdadi / Source-led Leadership (“I”, “me” or “Provider”), collect and use personal data when you visit my website, book services, or complete an assessment or form.
1. Data I collect
I may collect the following types of personal data:
- Identification and contact details (such as your name, email address, company name and invoicing details)
- Information you provide when booking a session, VIP Day or program
- Answers you submit through assessments and forms, including any reflections, comments or free‑text answers
- Technical data related to your use of the website (such as IP address, device type and basic analytics data, via cookies and similar technologies)
- Communication data (emails or messages you send to me)
2. How I use your data
I use your personal data to:
- process bookings and payments
- send confirmations, reminders and information about your sessions or programs
- review and respond to your assessment answers and tailor my services to you
- communicate with you about my services and, where you have explicitly opted in, send you updates or newsletters
- maintain and improve my website and services, including basic analytics
I do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Assessments and forms
When you complete an assessment or form:
- I receive your name and email address via an email
- I can only access the results/ your assessment answers within my Kajabi account
- I use this information to understand your situation, prepare our work together and, where appropriate, to suggest next steps
If you no longer want me to keep a specific assessment, you can contact me and request deletion where legally and technically possible.
4. Legal basis
I process your personal data mainly on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract – to deliver the services you book
- Legitimate interest – to run and grow my business in a reasonable way (for example, basic analytics, improving my services)
- Consent – where you explicitly opt in to receive newsletters or specific communications
You can withdraw your consent for marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting me ([email protected])
5. Sharing data with third parties
To operate my business I use third‑party service providers, for example:
- Kajabi (website, email, assessments, client management)
- Payment providers (such as Kajabi Payments, Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
- Scheduling tools (such as Calendly or Kajabi Scheduling)
- Email and cloud service providers
- Analytics tools
These parties process your data only to the extent necessary to provide their services to me and in line with their own privacy policies. I do not authorise them to use your data for their own independent marketing.
6. Data storage and retention
I store personal data only in the Kajabi account and only for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver my services and to comply with legal and tax obligations.
- Invoices, booking information and related records are kept for up to 7 years in line with Dutch tax retention requirements.
- Assessment results and session‑related notes may also be kept for up to 7 years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or you request deletion earlier and I have no overriding legal reason to retain them.
After these periods, data will be deleted or anonymised where reasonably possible.
7. Cookies and tracking
My website may use cookies and similar technologies to:
- make the site function properly
- remember your preferences
- understand basic usage through analytics
You can manage cookie settings through your browser. Disabling certain cookies may affect how the website functions.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
